My computer would not turn on all of a sudden and looking through the Yellow Book I stumbled upon a company called Computer Clue. I called and got a prompt answer by Tomasz Banas who had time to analyze my PC that same day. When he arrived, dressed business casual, he really impressed me by taking of his clean shoes without my asking. I had to mention this, as I had lots of contractors not care about wearing their muddy shoes in my house. Anyways, he did his job very professional, told me the problem and what my options were. I opted for a new desktop utilizing some parts of the old one. Tomasz set up the new desktop and network in a quick and efficient manner and also gave me some helpful explanations that will benefit me in the future. Tomasz did an excellent job in servicing my Dell computer on several occasions. He removed over 100 viruses from my computer when I couldn’t even use the internet. He also detected a faulty fan which he replaced – had he not, it could have damaged my processor beyond repair.
